Next to Messe Basel, the tower rises 96 metres into the air with 30 storeys. Supplemented by two further buildings, the property offers attractive residential, office and commercial space.

Claraturm convinces not only with stylish apartments and lofts, but also with a clever space concept and SMART Living. Of the 285 apartments in the tower, 35 are so-called "MOVEments”. These are intelligent, partially furnished small apartments with attractive basic furnishings that offer a functional home. Simply at the touch of a button, the modular furnishing elements can be moved to different living situations and thus respond to the needs and habits of the tenants. The annex building with 60 apartments is already completed and fully let. Currently, the construction of Claraturm is on the 28th floor and the move-in date is set for 1st November 2021.

In addition to providing classic technical and infrastructural facility management services such as the maintenance of technical facilities, caretaker services, cleaning, waste disposal, grounds maintenance, etc., we also offer so-called "Living Services" in Claraturm. Via an app, tenants can easily and quickly book, for example, moving help for moving in, apartment cleaning, holiday and laundry service, shopping service, plant service, etc. and thus have more time for feeling good.
