We give each employee as much freedom as possible to perform and organise their work. This means that each individual at Apleona Switzerland Ltd. can take on a lot of responsibility and develop further at an early stage. What do you think distinguishes successful employer branding?
The most important thing in employer branding is that the employer brand communicated to the outside world – i.e. to potential applicants - corresponds to the culture actually lived within the company. Often the most convincing for applicants are existing employees who are satisfied and happy with us as an employer.
How does Apleona Switzerland Ltd. promote young talent?
We are currently training 21 apprentices throughout Switzerland in all professional fields of an integrated real estate service provider. Furthermore, we offer internships for students. We also have a lot of hope in our new digital staff appraisal «Dialogue», in which the supervisor and the employee regularly discuss the employee’s development at eye level. In addition to promoting young talent, it is also very important to us to support and promote our older and long-standing employees.
