The range of services we offer in the future will be based on the systematic and increasingly automated collection, gathering and assessment of real-estate and user-specific data.

Apleona Switzerland Ltd. is one of the market-leading real estate service providers in Switzerland and Europe, developing digital solutions is therefore an important part of the company’s growth strategy.

Alongside client solutions, our digitalisation initiatives include the improvement and simplification of internal processes, as well as communicating and collaborating with our clients and business partners via social networks.

The core element of this is building up a fully cloud-based, variable digital platform called the Apleona Ecosystem, which ensures that many other data-based solutions and processes can be linked up. In the future, it will also be possible to gradually integrate smaller, individual solutions on this platform and to intelligently use the data obtained from real estate, facilities and users – and to market this as new products or services.

  • Apleona Switzerland Ltd. is focusing its resources on carrying out its core operations as a market leader for integrated real estate services. The objective is to work with partners to rapidly develop market-ready, industry-specific solutions that are both tailored to customer needs and scalable.
  • Apleona Switzerland Ltd. therefore uses existing technologies from market-leading suppliers such as GARAIO REM and adapts these for its customer solutions.
  • By involving customers in the initial and development processes, we never lose sight of the market or of our customers’ needs.
  • The development is being driven forward mainly in collaboration with Apleona Switzerland Ltd.’s largest customers, since the size of their portfolios and their ambition means progress is quick.
  • Apleona Switzerland Ltd. keeps a constant eye on the PropTechs market and the development of these technologies. This allows us to identify and adapt potential solutions at an early stage and thus gain a competitive edge.

Development network within Apleona Switzerland

Apleona Switzerland Ltd. combines its internal resources with those of external partners in a development partnership centred around digital and cloud-based applications in building and property management. The aim is to develop applications that can be used operationally, to test them in practice in portfolios managed by Apleona Switzerland Ltd. and then to roll them out as standard applications across the company’s entire client base.
