Apleona Switzerland obtains new Fair-ON-Pay certificate

Transparency and fairness are fundamental principles at Apleona Switzerland. That’s why we took the step to have our organisation’s compliance with gender equal pay independently verified once again.

Pay data from December 2024 (almost 1,700 employees) was analysed by experts from Comp-On AG according to the global Fair-ON-Pay standard – with welcome results. Apleona Switzerland was again found to meet the association’s requirements on equal pay.

We are also proud to have received the SGS Fair-ON-Pay certificate this year. An important step for equal opportunities and a fair corporate culture!
