New Regional Manager West

Charlotte Masson is the new Regional Manager West, FM Division, as of 01.03.2023. A warm welcome!

Born in France she was most recently Facility Services Director at ISS Switzerland Ltd. With two master's degrees – one master in engineering and one master in audit, controlling and financial communication – she first worked as a quality manager for a subcontractor of France Telecom. After a stop as project manager for Serono S.A., a Geneva-based biotechnology company, she joined ISS Switzerland Ltd. in Geneva in 2007. Over the next years, she worked first as a Site Manager, then as a Facility Manager and from 2019 on, she was responsible for her department with around 300 employees as Facility Services Director. With her years of experience in FM, in managing staff and in building strong customer relationships, she brings the ideal overall package for this new challenge.

A big thank you also goes to Nathanja Müller, Charlotte Masson's predecessor, who has been on maternity leave since the end of February and is enjoying her new role. She will return later this year to take up a new role within Apleona Switzerland Ltd.
