Each year, our apprentices are given the opportunity to get to know the various divisions and departments of Apleona Schweiz AG. We accompany their first steps into the world of work and are committed to fostering their personal development. Among each other, however, apprentices often lack points of contact and the opportunity to build up a dedicated network. Therefore, as requested not only by our apprentices, but also by their vocational and practical trainers, the Apprentices Event was called into being – it took place for the first time on Monday, 24 October 2002, in Zürich-Altstetten.

Boosting Team Spirit in the «Escape Room»
15 apprentices from the German-speaking part of Switzerland came together and were guided through the evening by Andrea Fehr (Talent Acquisition & Development), who had organised the event, as well as by Vedat Celik (HR Recruiter) and by Shaarangan Vinayagamoorthy (IT Supporter and former Apleona apprentice). One event highlight was definitely the visit to the “Escape Room”. This is a game designed to nurture team spirit because it is all about solving a series of riddles and puzzles as a group within a given period of time.
Our congratulations go to Naomi, Gian, Daniel, Lucas, Shaarangan and Andrea, who were the fastest to get out of the room! 

Afterwards, the participants enjoyed a dinner together, fortifying themselves with pizza and pasta, before everyone made their way home.
